The Queen of Ski Mountaineering Traverses.
One of the most impressive ski mountaineering tours across the highest peaks of the Eastern Alps. It may not be as famous as the legendary Haute Route between Chamonix and Zermatt, but it is more demanding by comparison.
The traverse takes 6 days. Good ski mountaineering skills are requeired, along with excellent physical condition (approximately 6 – 8 hours per day on ski), and the ability to ski safely in off-piste terrain.
